The human body is an amazing organism, nearly autonomous in its function. Like a faithful servant, it quietly accepts the constant changes in the environment ---temperature, altitude, air quality, humidity, light --- and makes it work. However, one of the most immediately influential performance catalysts in terms of health and efficient production is fuel.
What medical professional wouldn’t encourage each patient to maintain a moderate, varied, fresh foods diet? The things we take in greatly affect what our body is able to do and how quickly it is able to heal.
